Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. All orders will be dispatched via a Courier service. Delays in delivery is not grounds for a return or refund.

Please note, should you live in an outlying area outside of our normal courier delivery zones, we do not cover these areas in our normal fee or the free delivery option and we will then provide you with an alternative option for delivery via the PAXI service utilised by Pep Stores. Alternatively you can pay the Outlying Courier Fee which normally is R300+ depending on your area.

Proof of delivery will be verified by signature by any person at the address provided at checkout and to which the order was dispatched via courier.

The provision of goods and services by The Good Stuff is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Good Stuff will contact the customer with alternative options.
