Ache Ease (Shen Tong Zhu Yu Tang) promotes blood circulation and removes Blood Stasis, opening the Meridians and relieving pain, expelling Wind and Dampness. It treats pain in the limbs or whole body caused by Blood Stasis blocking the Meridians. This formula is mainly composed of herbs that activate blood circulation and promote Qi, so it is only suitable for the pattern of Qi and Blood Stagnation.
Clinically used for fibromyalgia, chronic myositis, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, chronic back pain, lumbar back myofasciitis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, tenosynovitis, osteoarthritis, trigeminal neuralgia due to a blood stasis.
