The original Bach Flower Remedies is a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Bach from 1920 – 1930’s in England. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole. The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself.
The Bach Flower Remedies are made from wild flowers and are safe for the whole family including pets.
The remedies are preserved in grape based brandy and are gluten free.
The 7 Bach Flower Groups
Dr. Bach separated the 38 Bach Flower Remedies into 7 emotional groups.The 7 Bach Flower groups makes it easier for us to separate the Bach Flower Remedies into feelings, such as fear, despair, loneliness, uncertainty etc.
When we ask ourselves, how do I feel? Do I feel fear, what kind of fear? Do I feel despair, what kind of despair? Then the groups can aid us and determine which of the Bach Flower Remedies will help us get our emotional balance restored.
The Bach Flower Remedies are so simple to use that no science, no knowledge is necessary apart from the simple method described above.
Walnut falls into the following group:
Stand Your Ground - Over-sensitivity to influences and ideas
Agrimony: Helps you to communicate your real feelings and worries. You are the cheerful, humorous type that gets distressed by argument or quarrel. You often hide your feelings behind humor and you use alcohol or drugs in excess to stimulate yourself.Centaury: Helps when you find it hard to say no, and therefore easily get imposed on. You often find yourself serving others, neglecting your own particulate mission in life.
Walnut: Helps you break free from old ties and at times of major life changes. It helps you move forward and make necessary changes in order to be happy. Walnut gives consistency and protection from outside influences.
Holly: Helps when you suffer from angry thoughts such as jealousy, envy, revenge and/or suspicion.

How to take the Remedies
You make a Bach Flower treatment bottle by adding 2 drops of each of the selected Bach Flower Remedies to a 30 ml dropper bottle. You can combine up to 6 or 7 Remedies in a treatment bottle.
As preservative (optional) you can add 1-2 teaspoons of brandy, apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. You then fill the bottle to the top with water. From this mixture you take 4 drops (or 2 sprays), 4 times a day until you feel better.
If you wake up one day feeling a bit out of sort, you can add 1-2 drops of a remedy or more, to a drink and take small sips throughout the day until you feel better.
Rescue Remedy can be taken as often as needed, either by adding 4 drops directly in your mouth or adding 2-4 drops in a glass of water and drink it slowly over a period of time.
